Arielle Irvin is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 10 years of experience in mental health care. Her clinical background includes extensive work in inpatient psychiatric settings, where she supported individuals experiencing acute mental health crises, complex mood disorders, trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression.
In addition to her inpatient experience, Arielle has worked with children and families as well as in medical social work settings, providing compassionate, client-centered care across diverse populations. She specializes in helping individuals navigate emotional challenges, develop effective coping strategies, and build resilience during difficult life transitions. Drawing from her experience in high-acuity behavioral health environments, Arielle brings a calm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to treatment, and is dedicated to fostering healing, growth, and holistic wellness for clients and staff alike.
In addition to her work with clients, Arielle is passionate about mentoring and supporting clinicians in their professional growth and continued education. She enjoys collaborating with staff to strengthen their clinical knowledge, develop their individual therapeutic style, and foster confidence in their work, and she values creating a supportive team culture centered on learning, compassion, and clinical excellence.
Outside of work, Arielle enjoys spending time with her dog, exercising, reading, and spending time with friends. She also loves relaxing beach or pool days and appreciates any opportunity to travel and recharge.
