Master of Science in Counseling Psychology
Karly is an aspiring therapist currently working toward state licensure, with a strong passion for supporting individuals impacted by addiction and mental health concerns. She earned her education through Temple University and Holy Family University and holds a certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Her primary modalities include CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, and she recognizes the importance of tailoring her approach to meet each individual's unique needs. Karly is deeply committed to helping clients navigate recovery with compassion, dignity, and evidence-based care. She strives to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered in their healing process, and she is especially dedicated to advocating for those whose voices are often unheard, ensuring they receive the respect, understanding, and care they deserve.
Outside of therapy, Karly enjoys reading, running, spending time with her cat, and connecting with family and friends. She believes in prioritizing her own mental health and practicing the same self-care, balance, and meaningful connection that she encourages in her clients.
